- It doesn't matter what exercises you choose to do or how you break down your workouts over the two days. If you want to do one workout each day, that is fine. If you want to do 3 workouts on one day and 2 on the second day, that's fine also.
- I can't stress the importance of eating back a good chunk of your workout calories. You body will need the extra fuel, don't approach this as a chance to lose a pound or two instantly.
- keep hydrated.... Just to give you an idea. When I did this two weeks ago I drank 19 glasses of water on day one and 16 on day 2.
- I would consider doing a rest day the day before on Friday the 13th.
- Get some good sleep before and during the challenge.
- Have fun. You are investing a great deal of time in this challenge, try to make it enjoyable.
