Talk about timing, I just put together a before and after! The pictures are taken one year, less 3 days, apart. They were not taken as "before and after" shots so it isn't a straight up comparison...but they do tell a story

I'll be getting my husband to take a current picture - I don't have any! I do have some "before" pics that I don't even want to share. Ugh. I've come a long way, baby. :)

Wow guys... both of you with 50 lbs lost. That's such a huge difference!! You both look fantastic!!

This is the closest thing that I have to a before and after photo. I have been looking and looking for pictures of me before I started this journey almost a year ago and can't find ANY. I would leap out of pictures. So this is what I have.

    IMG_0337-1-1.jpg

The photo on the left is me at 179.5 lbs, after I had lost 15.5 lbs. The photo of me on the right is me at 165 lbs, after I had lost 30 lbs total. It was taken about 3 - 4 weeks ago.

Thanks! You look great, too! I love that blue dress, too. I'm thinking about having it altered and taking an after pic in it. I would love that!

158.6 so I lost my conference weight and Easter weight! ;) I'm happy that I lost 1 lb in these past 2 weeks :D

Hoping to STAY in the 150s this time. But I do have a longer conference coming up in 10 days. Hopefully I don't gain to much water weight :P

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have changed my username (specialk_flett). Honestly, I didn't really think it through when I first joined and it felt really silly for some reason...so I've decided to go with my DrawSomething name...

    My Weekly Check In:

    Starting Weight: 165 lbs
    Challenge Goal Weight: 155 lbs

    First Week: 164 lbs
    Second Week: 161.8 lbs
    Third Week: 164.6 lbs
    Fourth Week: 163.8 lbs
    Fifth Week: 162.8 lbs
    Sixth Week: 165 lbs
    Seventh Week: 165 lbs
    Eighth Week: 163 lbs
    Ninth Week: 159.8 lbs[/b]
    Loss This Week: 3.2 lbs
    Total Challenge Loss: 5.2 lbs

Weight Loss Remaining to Goal: 4.8 lbs

I got put on some anti-anxiety medication this week that has been affecting my appetite. I have found on a couple of occaisions that I haven't really had the desire to eat. This is likely what accounts for the major loss, along with a drop in my water intake. I expect a gain next week, or if I am super lucky, things to stay where they are today.

I wasn't going to log this weight today, because my weigh ins are usually on Sunday, but my weekend is jam packed with insanity and I knew I wouldn't have time to type anything out... plus, I am really proud of this number, after weeks of struggling, so I wanted to celebrate it. Of course we are hosting a party tonight where the goal is to eat delicious things and drink delicious adult beverages, so we'll see how this all pans out in a couple of days. Either way, I am pretty proud of it. :)

Weekly Success: getting a couple nights of sleep
Weekly Struggle: Macros and water and consuming enough
This Week’s Personal Challenge: Get back into macros and exercise, balance my intake, make good food choices.

Biggest success: Going jogging every day this week, again! I ran 5k in 33 min 40 sec., jogging without stopping. No walking!
Biggest struggle: We still have Easter candy in the house. I did eat a couple of chocolate covered marshmallow bunnies. I fit it in my calorie limit, but not the healthiest choice.

My body is sore after running. I can feel muscles building. Hopefully, that is why I had no loss. I did my measurements today. I've lost 5.5 inches since March. 45.5 inches since October 2011.
