Where are you at in the program?

Ok - so a little update. It's supposed to be pure cardio today - I missed the last 3 days and I believe I'll miss the rest of the week. It's just too hard to fit in with all the remodeling we've been doing. I'll be a week behind on the program but I'm ok with it. I plan on starting fresh next Monday and picking up where I left off. It will take me 70 days instead of 63 but I'm totally cool with that.

    i'm on schedule right now... april 10 day 10 for me... plyo circuit. then on the 11th i get the cardio recovery... yay... looking forward to that.

    I'm on track and have not missed a day. I'm very proud of that and that is actually one of my goals this time around is to do it in the 62 days.

    Im a day behind but Ill catch up before the week is out ill double up on max recovery day. I did Core Cardio and balance this morning. I have 1 more week after this 1 then Im done!!! gonna give it a rest for a month then get back in it.

    I just started the second month of Insanity this week. Its going to kick my butt, but I'm looking forward to my awesome new body!! I had a feeling I didn't do enough pushups in the first month. They make up for it in month two!
