Sleeping More?

I've noticed ever since doing Turbo Fire that I'm really tired afterwards and I dont just mean tired right after but tired for the rest of the day. I know your supposed to feel great from working out and it's supposed to give you more energy. So Im wondering why I feel the opposite.

Has anyone else felt this way?
