I have read and researched and calculated and read some more, so I KNOW I need to eat more in order to lose weight and eat for the future me. But this week I have gone back up to 149 and it's making me feel a bit down.

My goal is to eat at least 1800 a day and to NET above my BMR, but this gain has me second guessing myself and wondering if maybe all my calculations are wrong. Argh.

Here are the numbers from last week:

Start Weight date 4/2/2012
Start Weight 146.4
Start BMR 1298

Food Exercise Net
Monday, April 02 1547 503 1044

Tuesday, April 03 1887 515 1372

Wednesday, April 04 1453 427 1026

Thursday, April 05 1808 600 1208

Friday, April 06 1707 396 1311

Saturday, April 07 2010 615 1395

Sunday, April 08 1664 253 1411

Weekly totals 12076 3309 8767

Daily average 1725 473 1252
Daily Goal Calories 1855

End Weight 149
End BMR 1310
Net above BMR -58

I also did splurge a bit on Sunday with ham (salty!) and a bit of pie, so I am hoping some of this weight will be water?? Or is my body just readjusting to the higher calories??

Yesterday I was at 1804 for calories and 480 for exercise, NET 1324.
I am doing both Turbo Fire and Chalene Extreme (alternating days of course).

I've blabbed and whined enough, I am just venting and hoping that this will all work out. :)
Thanks for listening!!

If you go to those threads about eating more, and much more would have been done through that method actually, gals say it takes 2-4 weeks I've seen. Some start immediately the next week losing, and since they are eating more, it's probably real loss.
But we don't know how far under they were eating, maybe not much.
Whereas the 2-4 week gals had it way under.
Keep feeling those body changes too.
