Saturday, I deloaded my squat to about where I thought I was losing form. I was pretty accurate. I was able to keep the weight where I needed it and push through my heels. Yesterday, I upped the weight and started losing form, I was able to keep the weight back most of the time but still rocked forward and ended up midfoot or pushing through the ball of my feet a few times. Last night, I watched the video Irridia posted (and a few more) and this morning read the article Rae posted. Thanks Ladies! Now... I know I need to work on form, so should I stay where I am for a while or should I deload?

I'd say deload 10% to practice form

Yep - I would say this is a good idea.

It sucks to deload especially when the program is all about moving up, but yeah, we've got to be safe.

Deload it is. Since a 10% deload is not that much weight at this point, do you think I should slow things down and move the weight up every other workout?

maybe deload and do reps like the guy in the vid says or until you feel you don't have to think about form, then go up by 5's and see how it goes.

Thanks, everybody. Hopefully I can get it straightened out soon.
