April 10th Exercise

It's another day. So, how's the exercise? Post what you did today.

The kids had classes at one of our nature preserves, so I took off down some trails during their class time. I split my time up hiking and jogging the trails...42 mins total.
I also got some strength training in today
50 crunches
20 reverse sit ups
30 bicep curls
30 triceps extensions
30 squats
40 lunges
20 straight arm lifts0 -
Between house work and pulling kids in wagon to and from school. I was able to get in 79 minutes.0

My knee felt a lot better, all the swelling went down Saturday night. So I took to the gym with 30 minutes on the AMT and 20 minutes on the treadmill at lunch. Since it still felt good, got in 60 minutes of Spin class and 20 minutes on the treadmill after work.0
