Hey, check how much fiber you get in today. If you ate a donut for breakfast don't despair you still have lunch, dinner, and a snack to figure out how to get your 25 grams if a woman and 38 grams if a man. The good thing is more is not better so don't go overboard you you get those 'side effects' that only a nurse would discuss with you! LOL!!!
So if it bores you to read on fiber and all its benefits just do this: Make the majority of your diet full ofvegetables, fruits, beans and whole grains then you will be GREAT!!!!!! Your doctor will be happy with your bloodwork and you will be happy with every trip to the "THRONE" LOOOOL!!!!!! :D
