I only walk right now. One day I walked for 45 min but usually only 30 min for 3 times per week. I want to walk more but mosquitos are really bad here in Texas. They came out earlier and fiercer this yr. I'd love to try some workout DVDs for pregnancy. Any suggestions? I've also been looking for an aqua aerobics class but I have not found one yet that fits with my schedule.0

I downloaded an app on my ipod of a Denise Austin Pregnancy workout video. She is really annoying, but it is a good workout. I do it when I can. I should be doing it more often. It is about 20min long and it has a different workout for each trimester. I cant remember but I think it was 1.99 for the app. Not too shabby!!!!0

I am doing a zumba class right now, just tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it!!! Dancing like a gigantic happy woman and its easy to modify.
I'm also taking a prenatal yoga class once a week, and trying to walk 30+ minutes most days at lunch. I'd like to be doing a bit more, but between my toddler and working full time, I don't have quite as much me time as I'd like...0 -
I do zumba, walk, hike, strength train, jog, elliptical,a nd Turbo Jam
It depends on what I do. I burn anywhere from 150-1000 a day. It's usually more like 500 per workout!0 -
I am still doing Chalean Extreme and jogging. I won't lie I can't wait till I have this baby to get back into my normal workout routine. LOL!0

I am sticking to walking my dogs, zumba, turbo jam and leslie sansone workouts. The workouts range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how I am feeling.0

I'm in a 6-week challenge right now and my goals are to get 10,000 steps daily, 25 flights of stairs daily. I also do five workouts per week, currently Chalean Extreme Fat Blaster, Turbo Jam Cardio Party, Turbo Sculpt, Firm It Up, and Ramp It Up. So my workouts are 30-50 minutes long and I usually burn 300-450 calories during each.0
