On a HRM what values would you enter in Hi and lo. I have it on 180 high and 90 lo at the moment

For what it 's worth,
Hi = (220-age) times 0.85
Low = (220-age) times 0.60
200-age is the standard definition of maximum heart rate. I think you can go for tests at a gym to get yours.0
