Hi All, just wondering how you are logging your workouts on MFP? I don't have a heart rate monitor yet- and I know calories burned are based on how hard you work, but just wondeing if anyone has any input on how to log this easily until I get my heart rate monitor.

  • That a good question. I'm working out everyday, but not sure how to log my bb exercises either.
