Wednesday and the week is half-way through. How's the exercise? Post what you accomplished today.

Stupid run.
With warm up/cool down...40 minutes total...only git on 2.8 miles before I quit.0 -
I did some tackling of the house. Ray was off work and off to do errands, so I put on the music, the kids and I cleaned on the house and I got a shelf done in the fridge, also did some dancing in there afterwards. So I got in 90 minutes today. I am so ready for bed, but too early and the kids will be back in half an hour.0
