I am curious, how long after you started the program did you notice some toning results? I am at goal weight and moved to heavy lifting to tone and reduce body fat

I was already lifting for a few months before switching to this program. I've been doing it 5-6 weeks and have noticed some definite improvement already. My abs are looking a better even though I've only lost about 2lbs (the green sports bra picture vs. the bikini pic in my profile). My quads are looking a bigger and more defined. My back has improved (there's a picture of that in my profile too). I bet you'll have even faster results since you are just starting to lift!0

probably 3-4 weeks for me to see some changes - I gained 2 lbs and I've been there ever since but my body looks a lot better. and you're already thin ANd a beginner so you should see changes quickly, not as much fat to push against like me :laugh:0
