What are some lower calorie snacks that I can bring to work to munch on in between breakfast and lunch and to cure that late afternoon sweet attack? I can't live without snacks. Any ideas?

Oh I am the queen of the snack... I snack ALL DAY! In between breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Here is my daily snack schedule! (Yes, I eat the same foods every single day. I am a creature of habit. Sue me)
Morning Snack: (At work)
- Granny Smith Apple or Blueberries or Strawberries (basically some type of fresh fruit)
- String Cheese
- Yogurt or Cottage Cheese
Afternoon Snack: (At work)
- Trail Mix
- Fiber One Bar
- Individual Bag of Baked Lays
Evening Snack: (I eat this at home.. but its still a snack)
- 3/4 or 1 Cup of Peanut Butter Ice Cream (yes, every single night)0 -
Popcorn
Fruit cups - in fruit juice (ususally to go on top of my cottage cheese!)
Raw almonds/cashews/pistachio
Kashi bars
Laughing Cow cheese wedges0 -
My morning snack lately is always:
half a cup of nonfat greek yogurt
4-5 strawberries sliced up
an ounce of shelled pistachios
oooh, it makes me so happy and keeps me very full.
I also do almonds and dark chocolate, protein shakes, veggies and hummus.0 -
I bring a loaf of whole grain bread (90 cals; 5 g fiber), toast it, and put 1/2 c of nonfat cottage cheese on top (80 cals; 14 g of protein)

snap peas
greek yogurt
apples
strawberries
blackberries
tea
today I ate raw greeen beans, they are really good.0 -
Walnuts. They fill me up.
