hey guys, i opened up my profile to be viewable to all MFP memeber for the next cpl days as i posted the results of my 10 month fitness assesment un der the "success stories" thread today, its titled "10 month gym anniversary". check it out, i can almoast garunttee that my cardio has improved so dramatically due to my recently quitting smoking. went from 19.8(extremely low) to 50.8(which puts me into the 'elite' category) thats +31!!!! im so jacked! lol
