Weight Loss?

How is everyone doing? According to the scale I've only budged about 4lbs downward and this is MY third week in. The old me would be like WTF, quit, and find solace in a greasy cheeseburger, fries, and a shake BUT the more informed me know that my body IS healthier than before the challenge. I am definitely losing inches and see more muscle definition in my arms. I know that working out twice a day is stressing by body and it may take a while to catch up. I am STILL committed and loving the challenge!

    I'm not seeing much progress unfortunately. I will check back in tomorrow morning when I weigh in "officially"

    I am so close to my original goal of 100 lbs so it is coming off REALLY slowly. My weigh in day is friday so we shall see. I have been changing my exercise and changing my cals by eating 1000 on day and 1400 the next. Hopefully this will help, my pants do feel looser....:smile:
