I'm new to this group so I was wondering if anyone here had this? I've been diagnosed with it in my left arm for 5 years. I'm 32 years old with 3kids...talk about difficult!;-) I'd love to know there were others out there who might have the same problem. I'm bound and determined to lose weight but I have to be careful about what exercises I do otherwise I'm in bed for a week trying to get my pain back under control! Just hoping to find someone who understands. I have a great support group at home but they aren't trying to lose weight and don't understand why I'm pushing myself to get healthy. I do take pain meds to control the pain.
