i cant get full seriouslly i eat alot then 30 min later hungry again...anyone suggest food that will curb my appetite,bars,fruit etc, even pills outhere that are healthy for you? that really work? thanks

  • Try drinking tea :) I read somewhere that hot liquids give your stomach the warm fuzzy feeling and makes you feel "full". Alternatively, you could eat soup for lunch or even a snack if the right portion. And foods with lots of fiber and whole grains are supposed to make you feel full.

    How much are you eating a day? I found that I could not maintain a strict diet so now try and eat more everyday and not eat back exercise calories

    Have six small meals a day . That helps speed up your metabolism and drink plenty of water, 2-3 L a day. Hope that helps !
