Endomorphs

Has anyone else read into this? It has to do with "body type" and endomorphs are typically hourglass figures. They recommend low-carb dieting and cardio and strength training (which is what I am starting back up this week). Curious to know if you have read anything recommending this if you think you are "one of us" hahahaha. Thanks!
