    I lost 2.2 lbs and leveled out on the inches (TOM :grumble: )

    Hi all, Miss ya'll, we completed 30 DS and I left during Ripped in 30 days due to my back. Glad to see you all still going at it. I am on week 5 day 2 of Couch to 5K. Keep up the great work.
