GF school trip

This year, in August, I have 7 days school trip abroad (Czech Republic and Germany). My school doesn't want to ensure my gluten-lactose free diet in the hotels. Do you have any tips what should I do? Bring some food from home or buy there?
They told me to eat normal for 7 days, but I refuse it because I don't want to spend whole trip hugging a toilet seat.

Maybe if you ask in the hotels, they can give you lactose and gluten free food. People are very helpful here if you have a food intolerance... If they can't help you, you can always go to a grocery store and buy nuts, dried fruits and boilt eggs.

Where in Germany are you going to? In just about every German town you would find a "DM Markt" and they have a section with gluten free products and sell soy milk and other milk alternatives. You might want to do your own shopping, just in case.

we are going to Munchen and Prague. we have DM stores here in Croatia, too, so I know where I can buy it. :) the thing is that I have to pay whole trip (including meals in hotels) and it will be expensive for me to buy more food there, too. I will try to ask there at the place. :)
