Happy Monday:) Today is the first day of your journey. How are you going to start this journey?
Here are some quick ideas for meals:
Breakfast - oatmeal
Snack - orange & sliced cucumber
Lunch - salad with tuna on top
Snack - 10 almonds & banana
Dinner - Chicken with broccoli and side green salad
