Welcome to the group we started to help ourselves and other MF Pals cope with having a seriously ill family member. Everyone is welcome to join and if you need help, have questions, or just need to vent, please feel free to start a topic. I, and others will try to do our best to help you.

My mom was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I haven't been able to talk about it because all my family don't know yet. I went to the gym for this first time in almost 2 weeks this afternoon. It wasn't easy. My eyes filled up and I sobbed a bit for a few minutes but I got through a short workout. I don't know how I'm going to get through this. I can't imagine life without my mother. thanks for listening.0
