A New Week! Hooray!

Hey Folks!
Hope you are all doing well! Welcome Newbies!
I had a pretty good week and a pretty horrid weekend so I am looking forward to a new opportunity to kill it.
Here is what I plan on doing:
Monday: Spin and weights
Tuesday: Swim am Run pm and Stair (44 minutes for the run)
Wednesday: Spin and weights
Thursday: Swim and Run (44 minutes) maybe stairs
Friday (if I am in Ottawa): Swim am, Somatics pm if not, just the swim am or spin depending on what I am feeling
Saturday Bike, run, bike (run 30 minutes, including intervals)
Sunday: Rest day
What are you all up to?

    This is going to be a crazy week for me, and I will be traveling for work at the end of the week, but I checked out the hotel online, and it has a pool & gym...so I'm going to try.

    Monday: Eliptical & weights (am), bike followed by one mile run (pm)
    Tuesday: Swim (am), Run (pm)
    Wednesday: Treadmill run & lowerbody weights (am), bike (pm)
    Thursday: Swim (am), bike & run (pm)
    Friday: Traveling day - Eliptical & weights (am)...maybe something at the hotel that night...but doubtful
    Saturday: Swim & stationary bike (am)
    Sunday: Tredmill run & weights

    M- 2500m recovery swim
    T- Bike intervals, Z1 run
    W- Recovery run, Interval Swim
    Th- Interval run, Tempo Bike
    F- Recovery Bike
    Weekend- 2 day charity ride from Houston to Austin.

    Next week is taper week. YAY!!!

    Monday: 2500 yd Swim- Interval Work, Weights and Core
    Tuesday: 60 min Bike, HR 1-2
    Wednesday: 1800 yd Swim- Interval Work, Weights and Core
    Thursday: 60 min Bike, 60 min Run-Hills
    Friday: OFF DAY
    Saturday: 150 min Bike, Weights and Core
    Sunday: OFF DAY

    Another building week, should be great!

    The beginning of last week did not go so well workout wise due to some changes in scheduling and my family staying with me while my father had surgery (everything went very well on that front!!) End of the week got better and this week will be even better!!

    Monday - Swim (PM)
    Tuesday - Run (AM), Swim (PM)
    Wednesday - CrossFit
    Thursday - Rest
    Friday - Bike/Run Brick
    Weekend - one day CrossFit, one day bike (not sure which will be which yet)

    Next week is Finals week so I better get it in the week before going crazy with finals!!

    Tues-Bike 15 miles
    Wed-Run 5k Swim 750 yds
    Thursday-Bike 18 miles
    Friday-Run 4 miles-Swim 850 yds
    Saturday-Bike 18 miles, run 2 miles
