Do you get enough protein in your diet???

I just wanted to see what everyone uses for their sources of protein?? I am not a big meat eater, but love seafood that why I also started drinking Shakeology. How are you incorporating protein into your diet???

    I try to get a protein in with each meal. I should be getting my first Shakeology in the mail by the end of the week, YAY!!! The proteins I mostly use are eggs, tuna, turkey, chicken, beans, hummus, quinoa, salmon, and Garden of Life Raw Protein. I'm sure there's more..... oh ya, greek yogurt. I just finished reading on of Tosca Reno's books and trying to incorporate her rules into my life.

    Awesome list of proteins Stacey...let us know how you like your Shakeology - I love chocolate, but the tropical strawberry is slowing becoming a new favorite -enjoy!! Quinoa is one of my favorite grains - I have a great recipe for quinoa lettuce wraps I will post it below - so delicious!!!
