Hi all,
Already did this Level and was amazed how it kicked my *kitten*. Never though it could have such a great impact in my health.
Didn't loss any weight, but lost 3 inches and after D05 did all exercises like Natalie, except for the pushups (had to do something like Anita :blushing: )
How is being/was for you?
Kisses,
Tatyanne

My first couple of days on Level One were PAINFUL! - espcially on the upper body - but it got better after that. I actually gained weight (about 1.5lbs) but lost inches.
It did wonders for my stamina by the time I had finished and, like you, I was doing all Natalie's versions expect the push ups by then. I adapted these and did them on the stairs in the end - harder than Anita's but not as tough as Natalie's.
Just started Level 2 and was surprised that I could do the walk out push ups not only straight legged but also with a bit of a push up too (nowhere near the floor yet though!) which means my upper body is getting stronger.
Onwards we go!!0 -
I'm about the same...I am with Natalie on everything except the pushup!!! I WILL DO NORMAL ONES SOON THOUGH!!!! LOL!!0
