Happy Monday! Post the exercises you did today to start off your week.

Strength training program started today. I did a 10 minute cardio warm up on one of those AMT trainer thingies..or whatever it's called... a mutated elliptical
then I did about 30-40 minutes of strength training. I'm about to do all of my crunches I have to do for the day...50 regular crunches, 40 twisted crunches, 25 reverse crunches.

Shannon, it's not all bad. Think about the benefits. I do love that AMT, though.
For me, got in 50 minutes on the treadmill during lunch. After work got in a 90 minute Spin class then another 30 on the treadmill. Still having problems with the back of my knee, so staying away from floor exercises for a bit. Got to work on some Core stuff.0 -
I got in 19 minutes of pulling wagon with kids to school and back.0

I don't mind strength training while I"m doing it. It's the next day when I can barely move that I hate. I'll get over it eventually ;-)0
