Banish Fat Boost Metabolism?

I have this DVD that I have not done yet. I think this is the one I am going to do for the next 30 days. Anyone else have this one or done it before?

I have this and it's a great workout!! I'm not sure I could ever do this one every day though. I just received my HRM in the mail on Friday so wore it Saturday when I did BFBM. I'm 5'10, 190 lbs and HRM said I burned 600 calories.
I'm mixing BFBM up with 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones. It's called the 30 Day Slim Down. I found it on MFP a while ago. I've been doing it since April 1st and have missed a few days due to my schedule. My weight has gone up (typical with these workouts) but I had lost 2 inches in my first 10 days. Will be measuring again this weekend and the weight is starting to drop again.

I have a Polar as well and really like it. Is there a schedule somewhere for the SlimDown? I have 30 day shred and extreme shred and shed as well as the bfbm. I might alternate between them.0

I love BFBM but I don't know that I can do it everyday. I think I am going to mix it with No More Trouble Zones (I haven't tried this one yet) and 6 pack in 6 weeks. I might also so some Ripped in 30 workouts for days when I don't have a lot of time.0

right now I am alternating ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack
I do one day of full banish fat
on regular days I add a couple of circuits of no more trouble zones and banish fat(alternating)0 -

Yes - Jillian actually gives you a REST day with this!! Believe me, it's been much needed. Getting ready to head home and "Push Play". Wish me luck - not much sleep last night as hubby snored quite a bit.0

Banish fat is tough! I did the whole lot on Sunday but only managed five circuits today! I'm mixing it up with No more trouble zones, killer buns & thighs and 6 week 6 pack. Good luck everyone!0

I'm currently working on 30ds but that 30 day slimdown schedule sounds like it would be way more up my alley! i'm only on day 5 and i'm kinda bored with 30ds already. looking forward to seeing everyone's results.0
