Starting the Olivia Method of Tracking today

Hi All -

I am starting this method today -- already changed my numbers. I only have about 10-15 pounds to lose and am trying to be realistic about how quick it will come off. I am aiming for a calorie deficit of between 250-500 calories per day....

I am going to try this for the next month to see if it can help me jumpstart my loss. And I wanted to post this so you can all keep me aco****able :).

You all are inspiring and I love reading your success stories....keep'em coming!

    I just started the method today. I have only been on MFP a week but have learned so much, especially that I am not eating enough. I made the effort and changed all my numbers on MFP as well. I am 5 feet tall so a little pound goes a long way.

    My SW is 120, my goal is 108. At my height I don't expect to lose more than a pound a week so I expect this will take me at least the beginning of July.

    No matter what, though, by the beginning of July I will be more fit.
