Core 20

Hey everyone!
I know how most of you have been on here saying that you don't really like the Core 20 and Tone 30 (which i actually forgot to do with my HIIT 15 last week...oops!) but i must say that I did the Core 20 on Saturday and it felt so good. I still feel a little sore in some areas and I know that it will work those specific muscles out more than they have been in the past. Don't get me wrong, I definitely think that the cardio videos are MUCH better, but once in a while, I enjoy getting this Core stuff on! LOL. Just wanted to share :-)!

Oh I completely agree. The cardio and hiit workouts are so much fun that sometimes I feel like replacing core and tone with something else. However, I tried core out and actually really liked it, with the soreness taking over the day after and all.0

core excercises are so important ! .. don't skip this workout ...

I have yet to do the Tone/Sculpt one, but i think i have one coming up tomorrow. I'm actually looking forward to it! Glad i'm not the only one that feels this way!0
