On Friday I was doing knee-to-chins, and working on my grip strength. On my very LAST one, my hands slipped off and I fell straight down onto my butt. It bruised my sacrum and omg it's not pretty. Now I can't do squats, lunges or deadlifts because the pressure is brutal! My advice to all of you is.....don't fall off the bar! :laugh:
