Knocked out chest and back this morning. Ab Ripper too of course. I'll try to do a run tonight (3 miles easy pace). Plyo tomorrow morning.

I'm just gonna try to keep this going for a year.

    Keep up the hard work. Workouts are getting done but the diet has taken some hits

    Same here :-)

    I have really laxed on my diet (which isnt necessarily a bad thing). I'm up on my weight a bit though so its time to buckle down. I had my 'vacation'.

    I'm hopping back on my diet. Not so much a diet but just better nutrition.
