So thanks to LUCKYANG we now have a new game. You can participate if you like! Basically since we all see these repetitive threads that are a waste of time and never benefit from except putting us to sleep. Let's actually benefit from them.. So here it goes..
Anytime you see a...
Starvation thread- Drink 1 cup of water
Exercise calories thread- Do 10 pushups
loose vs lose thread- (just punch me in the face)- wait- 25 jumping jacks
belly fat thread- 25 situps
I dont wanna get bulky (women) thread- 25 air squats.
TOM threads- 20 squats
I got deleted (sobs) thread- 25 butt kicks
Please feel free to add more threads along with exercises.
There is a thread for each topic. Once you find an offending thread.. please post in the section it goes. IF someone reposts a thread, they are doomed to twice as many exercises! So beware!
Also, that thread must be a new thread. Created that day!
Also at the end of the day I am going to try my best to tally everything up and post it under this thread with the date. You can do them that night or the next day. Also I will be clearing each thread so that they do not get out of control and get confused. I get confused easily and we don't want any of that.
