I'm up and ready for day 2. I'm surprised that I'm not real sore. Everyone enjoy your workout and have a good day!

Today was supposed to be a rest day under the "Making the Cut" program, but I still wanted to work out! I did Level 1 of 30DS this morning. My arms were screaming, but I got through it! Hope everyone has a fantastic workout and day!0

Hi - I just finished Level 1 day 7. Still sweating! I don't find it easy yet! Guess that's good.0

any one else feel like they're gunna fall over doing the warm down stretches! Im not flexible at all and feel really awkward when she tells me to spread my legs as far as i can ha! talking about the 30DS0

Going to do ripped in 30 level 1 tonight need some light relief from level 2 since i'm running again tomorrow with my running club.0

Going to dimno more trouble zones today. I've never done it before and I'm a little scared! I figure if I can make it through BFBM then I can do anything!0

I do my own cool down b/c I am not flexible AT ALL! I If I did all the things they do to cool down, I wouldn't walk for a week. : )0 -
Workout 2 of body revolution +cardio. I am quite sore from yesterday...yowch.0

Ready for day 2 of week 1 when I get home from work tonight. I'm surprised I'm not more sore. But maybe I shouldn't be looking a gift horse in the mouth? :laugh:0

Think I'll throw in a JM work out before lunch today. I was going to start day 1 level 1 yesterday but ate dinner and didn't want to be vomiting haha. I did do 45 min worth of cardio yesterday morning so that made up for it. Will be doing my shred today!0

I rolled out of bed, ready for day two. But all my body could say was "ow, ow, ow"! Gonna try and push through since tomorrow is my off day...0

Did day 1 yesterday and will be doing day 2 when I get off work tonight. Sometimes I wish i could just reach thru the TV and smack her but she is kicking my butt for sure.
Hope everyone keeps with it! I know she will have us all in better shape and we cant stop or she will yell!! LOL0 -
Have to work a split today (11am - 2pm, then 4pm to 9pm) So I'm having trouble fitting in my day 2. Guess I'll have to do it when I get home at night! Hope that doesn't throw off my schedule...0

Breakfast is down and I'm ready for W1/D2 of my Ripped in 30.... I can definitely feel some soreness, but I am just going to make sure to drink more water and stretch, stretch, stretch!

Day 2 done! Did frontside today.
I saw a set of JM DVDs at Walmart for $10, including two 1 pound weights. I think it was the fat metabolism one and the trouble zones one. Planning to get it next month, as well as a set of resistance bands, a stair step thingy, and I saw she had a boxed set of 2,5,& 8 pound weights I'd like to get.
Cooled off a little now Going to shower and finally take my measurements!0 -

I can see myself really developing a love/hate relationship with Jillian....hating her as I do these workouts/loving how I end up feeling and looking. I'm on week 1 of the Ripped in 30. You all inspire me!0

Day 2 30DS at level 1, I somehow sweated more today than yesterday, am I getting weaker?!
Still doing girl press ups and they still kill.0 -
Day 2, Level 2 last night was still a killer. Day 3 tonight....... and I noticed I am getting biceps!
Still not much sign of weight loss, which seems to have stalled, but my body fat has dropped another 0.3% in the last week and I am definitely shaping up and losing inches.
Max heart rate last night was a whopping 172bpm - not bad for a 52 year old huh?
Onwards and upwards for Day 3 this evening! C'mon ladies.... you don't get those abs for free0 -
I did level 1 day 2 this morning. I was so sore from doing it yesterday but still managed to do a little bit better than yesterday. I do have to admit to being scared of waking up tomorrow but maybe my body won't be as sore as I think? haha0

Last night was day 2, more sore this morning then I was yesterday and really feeling it those wings that someone slipped in on my arms without me looking! lol I hope if nothing else, I lose those!0
