Good Morning,

I am Julianne. I am a 5th grade teacher and a beachbody coach. I have always been an athlete but at the end of 2011 I let myself go. I decided that in Jan 2012 my New Years Resolution was to get a life. I had no idea it would be to get a healthier life. I love getting up every morning and talk to my MFP friends and FB friends about eating healthy and working out. I am looking forward to this 90 day journey/transformation and getting to know all of you. Please post and let us know about you, why you are on this challenge?

    Good Day,

    I'm Janine. I have always been athletic but in the last year I have really let everything go. Eatting what I want and not being active as I busy with my three foster kids less than 3 years of age! I just didn't take time (enough) for me and it really showed, I gained 30lbs and have a belly that is not in portion with my body--- I’m looking more like a blue berry with legs then a Strong 30 year old woman. On Feb 20th, 2012 it hit me and I said enough is enough... I have three friends getting married on beaches and I'm so embarrassed with my body i can't even think about being there on their special day! I started logging on spark people on that day then I found out about this site and I LOVE IT. I decided to take this challenge because even though I have been playing squash 3-4 times a week, lifting weights, running, doing videos and eating pretty good for the LAST 60 DAYS I have ONLY lost 3 lbs since I started. I have heard amazing things about insanity so I hoping this is what i need to kick start some weight lost in my life! I did the insanity fit test yesterday and it was really discouraging to see how weak I really am, and I woke up and did the insanity cardio DVD and only lasted 15 mins... I need to find the strength and motivations to try that again today and to be more successful!

    So thats me and my story!
