calories burned

Does anyone know how many calories I should enter from the 20 minute upper body level 1 workout? I don't think it is too many but the all add up.

I have been putting the upper body level 1 in as "strength training" and the lower level 1 under "calisthenics." If you have a heart rate monitor you can manually put in calories burned. Hope that help!

This helps me, a lot! I've been putting it as aerobics and I think it gives me too many calories. I am going to get a HRM soon...
But do you put it as vigorous calisthenics or the light, home one?
