Opinions on working out hard during this time. The first 2 days are horrible for me, I just want to curl up in a ball. I've heard exercise helps though. Thoughts?

The endorphins your body produces when you exercise will help lessen the cramps and all the rest of the discomfort. Motivation may be where you need to work a bit extra, but if you can convince yourself to workout you'll be less uncomfortable.

I always feel better when I exercise on my really yucky days during my ToM. Push through it, you won't regret it!

I always feel worse on the 3-4 days leading up to TOM. I push through anyway and always feel better for it.

well, during the workout I was not worried about cramping because everything else was hurting too, but now that I am still again, the cramps are back :/ grr! Guess a nice, hot, pounding into my lower back, shower is in order.
