    thats what i lov about MFP it is not only helping me lose weight but turning me into a diet conscious, healthy eating active person... lov u MFP

    @Tyabd: Glad that you are liking MFP. I love this site. It is great motivation and support.

    The "WORK" doesn't begin until it gets hard. That's when you step outside our comfort zone and when your see results....this is true in fitness goals or personal goals! :)
