Anyone doing the OshKosh 1/2 marathon this weekend?

I am! My mom is coming up from Iowa to run it with me. Hoping for nice weather.....keeping my fingers crossed anyway!

    How did you do? I did the 5k, this was my first ever. So glad I did it and looking forward to several more this summer.

    I had a great run...finished in 1:44 setting a PR by 18 minutes. I was thrilled with the way I felt and since I'm in training for a full marathon in June it gave me a good sense of where I am (pace goal wise) for meeting my marathon goal.

    My mom also ran the 1/2 this weekend and finished in 2:14, she also set a PR by 8 minutes.

    So glad the weather was nice....I was afraid it was going to be rainy or windy and it was just about perfect!
