Help for piriformitis which could be affecting your squat!

This is totally my issue! Piriformitis. I KNEW what it was, but no one would listen to me. Mostly because I'm over weight (which probably did contribute), They kept focusing on the lumbar region.
This has been happening since '02 and I have (what seems to be permanent) numbness from hip to little toe. I went to a pilates based PT (physical therapist) and she taught me some stuff and it has improved some. Squatting has definitely activated it again, that and I've had 5 kids .
