    I keep meaning to watch it but forget when it is on, i thought she was on the cambridge diet... but im not sure what that is lol

    i did the cambridge diet before and i lost loads of weight on it. i do think about doing it again but it really puts a massive strain on your life and relationships untill your come off
    cant eat with your friends when you go out drink anything other than water.
    You do loose weight the key i lived by was ''the more you drink the more you shrink'' and it workd
