Bad idea

I usually eat a light breakfast and then wait an hour before doing 30ds. Today I thought I'd switch it up and do Boost metabolism DVD that I got in the mail yesterday. I didn't realize how tough it was! Def won't be eating anything next time before I try it out. I was only able to get halfway through and feel so sick now.

I hear ya - I have to make sure everything is digested before that one and sometimes just a quick few drinks of water during will make me feel sick. It's a great workout though!0

i always do the dvd before eating, jillians forum also said its better to do it before breakfast as you will burn more fat as you have had no cals for that day xx0
