How do we consider nursing in terms of calories on here?

    In exercise I believe there is a "breastfeeding" workout, lol.... you put in how long you nurse for each day and it'll tell you how many calories you've burned.

    Not in exercise, in your food diary you can add it and I believe it will deduct it from your daily total.
