Hi everyone!! I am new to the group and to myfitnesspal.com and I wanted to get some advice. I am not a long distance runner and never have been. However, I am trying to train my body to accept this new challenge. I was wondering if anyone could give some advice for things I should and shouldn't be doing in order to get the most of out my jogging plan. Thanks!!
