Low Impact/ Less Noise workout

Anyone have any suggestions on how to create a well rounded workout that doesn't require jumping? I hate jumping on my landlord's head lol, and I know all that jumping gets pretty annoying and loud.

    For low impact I like the Step Aerobic events and boxing events. So perhaps if you want to do an upper body workout choose one of the 10 min. Step Aerobic events to get the heart rate up, then some upper body strength exercises, some boxing, and then maybe some core, sandwiched between the warmup and cool down and you should get I fairly nice workout. If you are focusing on the lower body (like the squats and lunge events) just add those in place of the upper body events. Curious to see what you come up with. Hopefully this helps a little.
