I have been working long hours at work but have not stopped going to the gym at all. I was just promoted and given a very heavy work load but all is good. I am eating good and body building like there is no tomorrow pics will post soon. There is no need to ask what can and can not be posted. MixedFeelings will run this camp until I get back. If they like. I will be on atleast 2 times a week but not daily.
