BR

Hi guys! Ive been doing jillian's dvds for a while now, and i just started the BR today. any suggestions as to what to put it in under exercise? circuit training? strength training?

    I put under cardiovascular => circuit training general- I use heart rate monitor, so I input my calories burnt in the box below. Hope I helped
