Hi Ladies!

I just finished my 2nd week back to work after having our 2nd baby. We have a 28 month old daughter and our son is now 10 weeks! Oh yah, I also am 41. So, now that I am done having kids, I want to get back into my pre-baby and pre- grad school body that I had in 2007 when I got married! I am hoping that some of you have good ideas on how to balance work, family and workouts/losing weight. I am planning on getting back into my running starting Monday. I have joined the C25K group and the training plan is doable. Just need 20-30 min. Anyone also with that group or interested in "going the mile" with me?:happy:
