1 lb on in 2nd week???

Ah i need help here.How can i put on a pound on my 2nd week when i did more exercise and kept within my calorie intake.Its very disheartening after losing 4 lb last week.I know i am not going to lose anything like that any other week,but i was hoping for a lb at least.Please help me i,m not gonna give up yet i,ll give it another couple of weeks.

Don't give up, i'm in the same boat. Trying watching the fat grams as well as the calories and see if that helps.0

It can happen. It is only the 2nd week and your body needs time to adjust to your new eating and exercise regime. I am sure things will settle down in a few weeks. If they don't then that may be the time to review what you are doing. Good luck with it!0

salt, water retention, hormonal fluctuations, high-fiber meals -- all could be culprits. Or like previous poster said, your body could be adjusting. Just remember, it's a marthon, not a sprint. Just keep at your pace and be patient.0
