Holy Hell. That was so.freaking.hard. Level I Drills made me want to puke.

I have been so complacent about my level of fitness (compared to last year) and this is just the challenge I needed.

Lordy, maybe I can make it through one drill next time.

Glad it is only 40 minutes. . . i know it will be worth sticking with it!

    I did this one two days ago. It WAS rough. Every time he told us to squat I was like NOOOOO, haha. I found myself yelling at the computer.

    Good job though for finishing it! I was pretty sore the next day, but once you start the next workout, the pain goes away.
